In this moment of time she looks nice enough, although poss rather short in the neck. But without a proper confo shot it's almost impossible to say.

From that pic - short backed with a big shoulder and withers which will make saddle fitting problematic. Croup high and naturally on the forehand which will make schooling for dressage hard work and may cause her to not be able to get fronts up in time jumping, resulting in poles down.

A bit short in the neck ,nice horse , my type ,you would need to understand why she's Unraced .
I like TB's and it's the sort of project I would enjoy if she's nice in the flesh sound and a pleasant person.

She's a TB on The Heath Stud's page. I assume she's an ex brood mare although it says she would make one on their page? She is called 'Lottie' and doesn't have a 'proper' name. There are a couple of other pictures on there, although admittedly not one stood up. Why are they selling her?

I don't know why she is for sale, as I haven't enquired about her yet.

Hmmm its the short neck and high bum which worry me - I was hoping I was mistaken ha!

I don't see that she is croup high. Her neck is a little short, but nothing that should cause an issue. Her expression is kind.
Probably best suited as an all rounder - she is a nice looking horse.
