Dog and cat liveries who take animals for a couple of weeks are licensed but horse livery yards can take horses 24/7/365 unregulated.
Makes no sense.

Shame anyone providing livery for horses & ponies don't come under the boarding of animals act, this might make a few yards sort themselves out (and there would still be some that flaunt regs)
