Fais pas chier!
Ok, naive.
However, it's a salutory lesson. It bothers me hugely that passers by feed our horses and when challenged either say 'Well, it saves you feeding him'
or 'What can I feed him if you don't want him having 50 kg of carrots a day?' Headdesk!
They've ripped down the polite signs that ask them not to feed the horses. They don't see anything wrong with coming into the field with pushchairs and feeding a bunch of feisty mares, until the mares start kicking the crap out of each other or one bites the hand that feeds.
Drives me nuts. I've never had passers by lean over the garden wall to feed my dogs!
