Every time I try to post on this forum I get an ad for River Island. Which I click OFF.

It is like junk mail.

Can you not use a pop-up ad blocker or something? I'm not getting anything popping up on-screen.

^^ agree with this, check your pop up blocker settings, I don't get any ads whatsoever, even when I watch ITV player - no adverts while waiting for corrie to load

As coincidence may have it I'm a part time sales assistant at River Island..

But I've not seen this ad so far, guess it's because I have AdBlockPlus on Google Chrome.

Ok, only if you don't buy the coffee machine.

I do want an expresso but sure as hell, it won't be the one in the annoying ad.

B&Q can push off too. Hate the place anyway, its full of over priced, poor quality goods anyway.

I don't get those. The River Island covered by screen and I could not continue without clicking it of.

Marketing managers should beware they do not switch off potential customers.

I have lots of ads for French clothes on my screen but they appear on the side and I can ignore them.

Try clearing your browsing history as the River Island website probably installed a cookie on your computer when you shopped there. Select the "remove cookies" option.
