Hi everyone,

I just wanted to say, in light of recent threads I've seen with new members and others saying they are scared to post becasue of some mean comments (which are posters own business not mine - I'm not judging) I just wanted to put this post on here to encourage people to take part.

There really are some wonderful knowledgeable people on here who offer their time and experience freely so this post is dedicated to the following people who have consistently offered me advice and really helped me with my foalie problems! Goodness knows where I would be without them, in no particular order:

Thank you all sooooo very much and thank you to everyone else who has taken the time to reply to my threads!

I do think the breeding forum is a very nice, friendly, helpful bunch of people too. I had lots of help & advice when my foals were born last year. Even if I didn't post I lurked and found most of them really do know their stuff. A kind person went out of their way the other day to help with me something & emailed me privately lol, very kind of her.
 
I agree. I have had nothing but supportive & helpful responses from kind & knowledgeable people on here.

I lurk more than actively post & I keep out of 'petty squabbles', much as I do in real life.

I'd like to thank everyone who has replied to my posts, but in particular:

Neddynesbitt for the support recently when I thought my mare had the start of colic

Cptrayes for the balanced views on taking the shoes off my 2 horses

Starzaan for the most entertaining posts (although I hope you get better soon & then 'get your man')
 
I second davisan about what goes on.

A big thank you to:

Bitznbobs - for helping me realise I'm not alone with the hairy thing

Gosh, there are too many to list, but the one person that stands out to me and who has given me amazing advice and food for thought is Nativeponies. If I could be 1/3 as knowledgeable as her I would be happy!
 
I was going to say Nativeponies as well!

I lurk more than post, (as you can probably tell from my post count!) I was very nervous to post at first but I can honestly say that everybody who has ever replied to my posts has always been very helpful & supportive. I can't remember individuals but if you have ever replied to me - thank you!

As a lurker Nativeponies sticks in my mind most - I like the straightforward no nonsense advice and the more I read the more I respect that advice and am grateful for it!
