I am reading all these posts with interest - you never know I may just begin to know something about horses soon.

But can you explain what SI I BHSI, Fellow etc all mean?

BHS fellow is the highest instructor grade - you take an exam and bascially have to kiss the BHS's arse and follow their standards as gospel.

Allows you to charge outrageous prices for lessons and generally be a bit smug.

Thank you - I was getting confused with II (as inthe letters) and II (as in the numbers). I see it is letters - and I understand it a bit better now.
