Please find me a cheap neck cover

I need to find a cheap neck cover for my 13.2 pony, must be for turnout and attach to other rugs, she is a neck rug recker so any ideas, ideally under £20.

Tried ebay and they tend to end up the same price second hand as they would do new, having bid on quite a few tonight and lost all of them

Not going to lie I'm not a fan of the robinsons rugs, although like a lot of their own brand stuff as the only ones ive ever owned she has literally shredded within days but has managed to keep her Derby house ones restricted to shoulder rips :/ Only ones shes taken forever to rip are the weatherbeeta ones but cannot for the life of me find a neck cover from them for under £20
