I'm a longterm browser on here but have never really posted! I have a 6 year old TB who i have had for 3 years snd love him dearly...actually this year is the first year we have really progressed but i am finding that i just dont enjoy riding him anymore..he can be difficult but im used to this and i would love to get him out competing bjt just dont have the time or money! He was supposed to be my forever horse that i would bring on and enjoy but have hardly been out and about with him due to setbacks and naughty TB attitude which i completley put down to not doing enough work!! I am conyemplating selling him and getting something a little older but not sure?! Just wprried i am holding him back anx will continje to do so!

My advice would be to get some lessons with a decent instructor to help you iron out some of the issues you are having before making any rash decisions about selling.

I think every horse owner goes through phases of becoming despondent and thinking the grass is greener.
