please help... how high?

I know every horse is different but I measured my chappy last week, he is 21 months and 15hh, he has also started to look like a gangly geek, his bum is just starting to go up again!!! I am more than happy about this but what should I expect to end up with???!!! 16hh? more? Less? What experience has anyone else had, I am new to it :)

dam connie x tb, 15.1 as a 4 yr old

Sire sold as 16.2 as a 4 yr old, sports horse type (grandsire appledore marengo, granddam TB x)

He is a hunter/ sports horse type. He still looks really gangly at the moment, very youngsterish!!
