Hi everyone

I'm on my knee begging for you to please spare me two minutes of your lives. To fill in a questionnaire on wellys.

Its for my dissertation.

I'm trying to find out whether hunter are damaging their reputation and isolating their original customer base, by bringing out the festival and coloured ranges in hunter wellys.

Please please help

If your are in the north east i'd even offer to muck out horses lol

Ive done it! although their new colours have nothing to do with buying them for me, they are expensive, and my cheap robinson ones have outlasted any other welly ive had, their about 4 years old!

Done, is Jouls meant to be Joules?

Plus I'm a complete tart and own three types of wellies for different weathers (lol) but could respond to that point.

Your spelling leaves a little to be desired... It's Barbour. And, you don't brake into the market, you brake into a corner. Sorry, they were screaming at me...

Done - to add a comment though - the reason i originally bought my coloured Hunters were because they brought out 5-7 pairs with each colour representing a different charity which I thought was a fab idea (just a shame BHS was black and i wanted the purple ones!) Is that what they still do or are they just part of mass production now? From a brand perspective it made them appeal more at the time and justified the expense!
Good luck with the writing!

i still miss my hunters. haven't found another pair that actually fit me as i have big feet but tiny calves and most wellies drown me!

Done it - and I live in Northumberland, but no mucking out required as my horse lives out!
Good luck with the dissertation I know what a nerve wracking time it can be.

Done.... I've been looking to buy a new pair of original hunters this week, I can't see what the difference is between the originals and the festivals but I don't want "trendy" wellies, I want traditional ones.... I would never buy patterened boots and i was disappointed to see Hunter doing such garish colours and patterns. But I will still buy a nice pair off Hunter Originals in Green, maybe even blue if i'm feeling adventurous!
