PLEASE HELP! Looking for livery yard in Northamptonshire

I'm thinking about moving my horse to a new livery yard. I'm looking for individual turnout, a manege (possibly indoor), horse walker and flexible livery.

I'm looking within a reasonable distance of Wellingborough, Northamptonshire - does anyone know of a good yard that would fit the bill? PLEASE HELP!!
 
What about Glebe Farm at Bozeat? I think they would fulfil that criteria - http://www.glebefarmec.uk6.net/

If you come further south MKEC would do all that.

Don't really know any more up by Wellingborough. There was a yard at Warrington (nr Olney) advertising in Derby House. Facilities looked pretty nice.

Mia Korenika has a yard in Farndish, she must have a website!
There's a large yard on newton road in Rushden, maybe worth googling, I know they have an outdoor school and horsewalker. There's Top Farm in Great Doddington, no idea about facilities though.
South View farm in Irthlingborough; there's a yard in Raunds as well, Brook Farm I think, again I don't know about their facilities.
All the other yards I can think of don't have walker and/or indivual t/o, there's lots of yards around but not many that fit the bill!

brightsyde - thanks for info. A shame your yard is full - where are you? I think individual turnout is probably more important for me than a walker, if something had to go!
