Please help me find my tiny 2 year old his first pony

This was advertised in my pony club website, heythrop hunt:

Lead rein pony available for long term loan.
Toffee, our 11′2″ palomino gelding needs a new little one to teach to ride

- he is sadly not used now as my little boy has moved off the leading rein. He needs an experienced home where he will get lots of attention.

Toffee is not suitable for hunting. He can be schooled off lead rein by an experienced older jockey and he will lead from a horse. Please ring 0776 969 5250.

(the pics dont seem to have come through though :/)
Good luck!

I understand what you mean OP about bigger horses - the lady I share with her granddaughter isn't too keen on riding the resident 'old boy' the lovely 12.2hh that EVERYBODY learnt to ride on - she clambers to get off - doesn't even like our 14.2hh mare, but she prefers the 16.2hh mare and she prefers to sit on with a saddle.
Good luck with your search :)

Nothing wrong with big ponies :) at the riding school I still occasionally teach at, the biggest armchair of them all, at 13.2-14hh and WIDE is always the one they first go on. Littlies can't reach legs past the saddle flaps but she is awesome and just goes round :)

Of course, she's got attitude, and as soon as you get what she considers 'reasonable' she starts getting tricky, but she's an angel with the tinies. Apart from the grass eating ;)
