BIG decision please help me!

well i moved the girls to a stables as old one was just rediculous they were moved there on monday BUT i have been on the waiting list of a diffrent stables for about 6 months if not longer so gave her a call a week before we moved and she said no she still hasnt any spaces,so moved to stables we moved to on monday, then yesturday got a call from stables i have been witing for and they have 2 stables for me and she needs a decision by tuesday as she has a long waiting list.
so do i move the girls agian or do they stay where i have just moved them! they each have good and bad points and match on somethings they both have what i want and need so just going to list it all out for you and she what you all think!
livery stables just moved to (stable 1)
1.20mins drive from my house
2.27 pound per week
3.fantastic stable for twinkle (who stays in alot due to lamintis,inside stables with door to the back overlooking a really nice field nice and airy also with a little friend in there she can sniff and groom)
4.ok stable for Amber (culd do with being a tiny bit bigger and airyier and in a complecated place people squezing passed)
5.turnout wise nice little paddock for Twinkle to strech legs with muzzle on and can also make a little bit with electric fencing and rack grass of which she has give me permission to do)
6.turnout wise for Amber nice fields but only 3 mares and has been badly beaten up by one of them which is very aggresive and i really dont wont to put her out with anymore well she's not going out with anymore (very angry bit to long to explain what happened but never seen such a horrid horse)so got to sort something out there and may even mean she has to go out by herself.
7.nice individuial tack room
8.cleanish yard area
9.very slippery yard area Amber has slipped a few times being led around (very smooth serface)
10.nice off road hacking but can only get to it on evenings as a horse is in the field you use to get to it (very horrid horses field)about 5 bigish fields
11.great on road hacking not that i ever do it
12.good nice careing manager but not there all the time
13.only 9 people so not bitchy very quiet but can sometime i can imagine a bit to quiet for horses sakes if anything goes wrong
14.very nice hay which is supplied but have to buy bedding and feed from farm shop
15.very nice menage rolled once a week only 5 people ride in it including us me and friend

3.nice stable for Twinkle indoor barn type very airy brick open fronted stables very diffrent to normal indoor barns which i hate,nice size
4.better stable for Amber much bigger same style as Twinks.with both stables cant tie up outside them have to tie up in tie up area which is nice.
5.turnout wise for Twinks nice bald paddock for grazing muzzle possibly without one day and a sufaced area where she can go and i can put hay in for her she can go in this for about three hours a day as some others use it aswel
6.turnout wise for amber Fantastic 7 other mares to play with very well fenced and poo picked (same as stable one)
but 24hr in summer months and restricted in winter goes dwon to six hours then 4 then possibly 2 but never not go out and not dead stricked with it ither,and have to cross a road as the mares field is across a road!
7.nice individual tack rooms i get two aswel
8.very neat and tidy
9.good flooring so no slipping
10. great off road hacking proper tracks about 4 miles worth
11.country park hacking but have to go on road which i would never really do
12.very good staff 3 diffrnt lots of staff which change shifts frew the day from 7-9 at night
13.about 25 people in all so could be bitchy but then not quiet for if anything goes wrong more people to notice things
14.indoor barns diease preads quicker
15.2 very nice menages one is massive and they are rolled every week but more people riding on them
16.feed hay bedding supplied
just so hard what wold you all do if I've missed anything remind me to add or something that i prehaps havent asked yet?!
