I am a qualified City & Guilds Dog Groomer and I am testing the market to see if there is a customer base for a new dog grooming business amongst those already established. I would greatly appreciate if you would take the survey at the link below which will take no longer than 2mins. If you have any further comments please email info@vanityfurni.com

done - however for the last question you have other (please specify) but there is no comment box.

My other would be anything my groomer does not do, so maybe hydrobath or if you sold products I could buy

My friend just graduated about 2 moths ago, and she literally cant take the amount of dogs coming in.

I am a groomer, and I use a hydrobath in the salon but I have to say that I don't think it's a particular draw for clients. It's advertised in our marketing material but I don't think I've ever had anyone specifically enquire about it's use. I find people want to see photos of your finished work, want to know your handling technique and are more interested in how the dogs are kept before, during and after the groom - and how long you keep them. If you can give a USP based on something along those lines you will find yourself with a niche clientele which is worth more in the long run. I would however avoid offering pricing promotions. In my experience, it tends to draw people who are pricing hopping and won't necessarily be loyal.
