Our hay fields are almost ready to cut will definitely be cutting in June weather permitting Enough grass to allow the horses to have one field for grazing and still be shut off at night without piling weight on. Loving it!!
Still have plenty of lovely meadow hay left from last year so if the amounts a bit down this year it's fine.

Fields are even harder than the roads, and next to no new growth. Am thinking about buying some more hay in.

The highest it gets for us is a 24% chance of rain tonight Am another trying to rest some field and it's done nothing, but not entirely sure I want to see my nice clean white pony after it's rained.

We had 10 mins this morning. Grass is growing like mad so hoping they do hay cut early.

Well something worked. It must have been the collective power of the HH Rain Dancing Troupe, the forecast for my area has changed from 'no rain' to 'heavy showers from midnight until dawn tomorrow'.

Gratefully happy.
