I keep changing my mind about selling Sam

He is SO lovely and SO easy in every way other than jumping. Sick of muppets on the phone and TBH I seem to get fussier and fussier about who I let come to try him.

Anyway, someone who sounds absolutely lovely and perfect for him (and vice versa) is coming tomorrow at 4pm. So, if anyone has any vibes spare... please send them our way.

On a seperate note, I'm back in the saddle now, some pics in the gallery

You may

. Good luck tomorrow - by the way, you're only having second thoughts because you haven't found the right person for him yet. Once you find that person it will make it so much easier - I think you are doing the right thing for both of you.

Hun, you are welcome to as many vibes as you need/want....but I really do think that you need to settle the argument in your own mind about whether to sell him or not before anymore people come to view him.

I TOTALLY agree with that Tia actually. Funny you should say that as was saying the same thing to friend today. Lady tomorrow sounds so fantastic, REALLY hope she falls for him

I know EXACTLY what you are saying Beth but I'm not wasting anyones time. Only let people come and see him who I would be HAPPY to sell him to. Sadly, there aren't that many about hence the post for vibes and the indecision

Ah, think I worded that incorrectly as I wasn't insinuating that you were wasting anyone's time
frown.gif
I meant that YOU have to be sure you want to sell him, because it seems to be, from an outsiders point of view, that you are feeling very torn and unsure of which way to go with him.

Yeah, I am torn. He is such a lovely lad and so easy... plus I'm very attached. BUT I want to jump and we will only upset each other more and more hence he needs to go.

BUT will still be happy if he doesn't sell LOL!!!!!!!!!!! At least for the next few months anyway!

He's a special horse, he needs a deserving home. Would restrict myself to dressage before I sold him to a lesser home.

How hard this is for you! It is so stressful to keep changing your mind, and I know you only want the best for him, and for yourself.
I do hope the lady that is coming will be 'just right' and that you will be happy with your decision. Then you can look forward again. You have had such bad luck.

No, didn't jump. School was occupied all afternoon with YO lessons

Itching to jump him now so will do it this week... v nervous though! How silly is that!

Yeah, was this afternoon. Went well, Sam was a star and she really liked him. She jumped him and hacked him round open fields on her own and he didn't put a foot wrong. Plans to arrange to come back and ride him again later on in the week.

Still not getting my hopes up. Almost everyone who has tried him has really liked him but not had calls back...

Fingers crossed anyway! She was a really nice lady, would happily sell to her.
