Please, please help me!

I have made a complaint to the RCVS about a vet in the Kent area, who In my opinion is working with a dealer in my area again, and i have heard of many people having problems with the vettings. The RCVS have now asked me for details of these people that have had problems, and no one I am asking is coming forward with their details. Obviously I cant say much on an open forum, but please pm me if you have been in the same situation and are willing to just give your name, name of the horse, and when it was vetted, if you feel it could be the same people. otherwise I think they will probably close the case and they would have got away with it all yet again!!!

Have you tried contacting Trading Standards in the county involved and also in the surrounding counties? They may know of similar complaints and issues......

I have been through trading standards, my problem is, I know of these people that have had problems, but when I ask for their details I get nothing back. Its so frustrating because obviosly RCVS are looking into the cae, but without backp, they will let it go.....again.

I think this is the vet that vetted my horse too. However I wasn't there when she was vetted and I haven't had any problems with her so far. Would you still like my name, details, etc? I happy for you to use them if it would help.

I have sent my details as I have also been in this situation. - same dealer , same vet.

I took the dealer to court for not honouring her warranty and won the case - needless to say she hasn't complied with the court order and has returned court papers marked gone away.
