I need to do 4 weeks work placement for my degree preferably horsey!! I have been to 2 places, one I did not like and the other I have just had conformation that I cannot do because of the insurance is not right!! I am now really desperate and am willing to work anywhere......Please help I was supposed to start in july!!!! Any ideas what I can do???
 
What about asking your farrier? A friend of mine did her work experience with our farrier, I'd have thought that might be quite interesting?
 
Bigginge- thats a really good idea but I don't think they have got employers liability insurance :(

Kerilli- I genuinely don't mind anywhere that would have me, and would be happy to fill in a bit of paperwork for my uni!!
 
Have you tried the stud out Sladbrook (Staunton/Redmarley) way - my friend did hers there. Or Tweenhills? Hartpury stud? Or there's Robert Olivers place in Upleadon...
I was lucky, I got to do mine in the event office :)

I'll put my thinking cap on, should be able to come up with some more...
 
Thank you so much they are great ideas woodycat. Do you know what the name of the stud is?? My friend is doing her work experience at tweenhills. Hartpury stud are already full. Robert olivers is a good idea. :)
