How will I sell my horse if I can't sell an animal through classifieds? I've no objection to the intent to stop people giving away dogs, but it seems that the wording of the petition is too wide and that the law of unintended consequences will take over.

Nobody I know sells puppies through small ads/newspapers/free sites, it's word of mouth, their own websites, breed publications etc. You know, the ads that you have to pay for!!!
