Yes, I bet I can too!
I am in a similar situation with a female dealer in East Sussex who's horses come from another dealer in Ireland. I was sold a horse which was suitable for a novice rider. He has been a nighmare since I have had him 8 weeks now! I can't mount him as he bolts and is scared of the mounting block, however I sent him away at great expense to a trainer, who said he had been very badly broken in. I spoke to the dealer who was meant to come up and help with the situation but was always to busy. However the horse came with a three month exchange. I have still be waiting for a suitable horse, I explained that I needed a older horse which was not green but so far have only been offered very young horses. I feel that she is stalling till the warranty has ended, so like you I will be contacting the standard of fair trading and will proceed with legal action as dealer like this need to be stopped! and will be naming and shaming her when this is all cleared up as I don't want anybody else to go through this has its been so stressful.
