WHY I RIDE HORSES

sprained finger, bruised ribs = PAIN

best thing about it, it wasnt even my horse that decided to catapult me through the air

i will learn one day :D

I need reminding too! My mare catapulted me, breaking my collarbone and standing on my head four times!! All I could think about in the hospital was 'EIGHT WEEKS OFF?! Nooooooooo!!'

lol!
i was told no riding at all when i broke my ankle. once i got my cast on i tacked up the pony and demanded a leg up! yes my bone healed a little awkwardly..worth it? oooh yes!

horsey people are mad mad mad.

I would have been back on in a flash (I broke it on the Thursday, had to cancel my Sunday dressage test :() but I was unfortunately sick everytime I moved. Now I see why they recommend going straight for the collarbone if there's ever a burglar!!

sounds like i got off lightly. but god im going to hurt in the morning. long way down off a 17.2hh over a jump lol

Ooh, very lucky! I came off a very fresh 18hh (fresh, but old) after his first time jumping in years. We came to the side of the arena, he went left and I went right. Haha.

lol thats exactly what i did but other way round i went left he went right. hes a dressage horse and we thought we would see if he could jump. the answer yes he can very very high and he bounces well on landing
