I think the video clip below is the worst thing I have ever seen, how anybody can be so cruel to animals is just beyond me! The video clip made me cry and so angry to be part of the human race!! To think how intelligent dolphins are for this cruelty to happen is just sickening.

There are already more than 400,000 names on the petition but yours might just be the one that makes the difference.

Amymay, I am guessing not, but if everyone felt that way then nothing in the world would ever change.

It does not need to be even Japan. Look at Tony Blair and all the people who signed the petition against congestion charges. They have also been ignored, but people still signed it!!

The people who have signed the petition are just doing what they think is best, whether its ignored or not.

Oh you are absolutely right - but in a country whose beliefs are so fundamentally at odds with ours in relation to animal rights I do just think it's a total waste of time.

It is a contemptable, deplorable slaughter I agree. Just don't think they will listen.

I will add my name though.
 
I completely agree with you. Its probably no different to the whale hunters, or what happens to horses going for meat on the continent. A lot of the time people never give it a second thought as it does not affect them directly.

This video is horrific and I have duly signed the petition and forwarded the details on to a few people who I hope will continue to do the same.
In this case words do speak louder than actions and if the only way to get opinions heard is by petitions then so be it.
I would never ever eat whale or dolphin meat or horse meat for that matter. I was thinking of putting a clip on this forum myself with regard to the latter to show people who consider eating horse to be ethical exactly how some of these animals are killed and treated:(
