Nor should they regardless of GDPR. OP you took loan of a mare that was incompatible with other equines you own and for whatever reason you cannot provide conditions to safely separate said equines sad though for you it is you need to accept the situation.Post on Facebook for info of new owners. No charity will give you details, it's not just the Blue Cross.
Just reread it, sorry you're upset OP but I definitely wouldn't want you visiting. I'm in contact with Kikis old owner on Facebook and he was really kind to me when he was pts but I wouldn't have wanted him to visitIf I was looking to loan a horse or pony from a charity and I was told a previous loaner would want to come and visit, it would really put me off.
I'm sorry it didn't work out for you but to me it wouldn't be appropriate for you to continue to visit the horse. Hopefully they'll find a more suitable home.
