[Patches]

Harvey has been panting alot just lately. I've been a bit worried about his sudden expanding waistline too.

Well, tonight I took the trimmers to his paws as they were looking rather like snow shovels and had this mad idea to trim his head a little as he looked like a cockatoo. I got a bit carried away, realising just how fluffy he'd become. I know you shouldn't clip a puppy coat, but I trimmed some of the hair off his back and sides.

Suddenly looks very slim (and to think I'd been cutting his food down for fear of him becoming obese) but I'm happy to report the panting, when the heating is on, has now stopped.

Another note...can't believe what colour he is. He doesn't look like Harvey. I wasn't prepared for just how much white there is under his coat still.

St Sweep is always tootling off to lie outside in the hall where it is cool - he is due for his spring haircut to make him feel better.

Our spangle ALWAYS ends up sprawled on the bathroom floor when she's too warm (defo needing a trim!)... 'tis a right bugger when you trip over her in the night though

Poor Harvey - Henry is having a haircut too soon, the little fuzzball Nekkid doggies all the way (actually that just sounds wrong)
