I have a job intervew today. I phoned up last night and they want me to go and see them today. I'm so nervous. :o They sounded very nice on the phone. I realy realy hope I don't mess up as I need a job desbratly :(.
I would realy apreaciate any spare good luck vibes you have today. Thankyou :D

Good luck!

Don't forget interviews are a two-way thing, it's about making sure they can offer the right opportunity for you as well as you answering their questions. I find looking at it more like that, as an equal, two-sided process, helps my nerves a little bit!

And think positive! You know you can do it, remember your strengths and focus on everything you have to offer, instead of worrying about messing up. Makes a big long list if it helps! ;)

Let us know how it goes? :)

Good Luck Laura, I am sure your wonderful smile and personality will work for you.
I always find at interviews is if you kind of turn it around, and you start asking the questions.
Be yourself and be confident.Best wishes coming your way let us know how you get on.

Thankyou so much everyone. :) Your support means so much as always :). I'm off in a while got to be there at 11:30 and I don't want to be late. (That would set a very bad first impression.) I'll let you all know how I get on later. Hopefuly it'll be good news. :)

Hi all, thankyou so much for the words of support.
Well it was the quickest interview I've ever been to. They just showed me round the yard we had a quick chat then they asked me to do a trial day on Mon. :D I think they where impressed and seemed quite keen for me to go.
It's only part time 3hrs 5 mornings a week (inclu both weekend days, I need to convince the OH about that) It seems like a lovely yard, it's a livery yard that only does full livery, they currently have 18 horses in and the people all seem very nice. :) They have high standards and the yard looked lovely even though they haddn't swept it yet. I'm actualy quite excited about this job so i'm hoping I can convince the OH about working weekends (It's only 3 hours 8 - 11) and the trial day works out. :)

Thanks guys. I'm still :D Haven't felt this good in ages. :D:D:D:D

MrsM I hope the weekend will work as we live together now so it's not like before when if I worked weekends we never got to see eachother. Also you never know if they like me after i've been there a while we may be able to sort something out. :) The pays not bad for a horsey job eather £6 an hour. I've never been paid that much  :p :D :D

Hope it goes well for you! Anyway, at 8am, he'll still be enjoying his weekend lie ins! If you work it well, he might just get in the habit of having brunch ready for about 11.30 - then you can go back to bed if you want!!!!

Thanks guys, Hopefuly this is a sign things are finaly on the up for me. :D I think the OH will be ok with the weekend work as I realy need a job and there's just not much around so if I get offered this one I'll realy have to take it. That or he'll have to keep supporting me and the boys :p ;) :D

Groom42 11:30 brunch sounds good :p :D
