Does anyone know how long they take to come through? I finally applied for one for Ellie nine days ago and still havent heard anything

I sent one away for update earlier this year and it took a long time. I can't remember how long but I think it was at least 4 weeks.

Not nearly as long as BAPSH though, that one is still out there somewhere .......

I rang up and chased mine after waiting for about four weeks - don't think they're terribly fast!
