I have just received the new Horserugs4.com catalogue....

On the front it says, in big letters:

"WE CONSISTENTLY DELIVER IN 5-7 DAYS"

PMSL. Need I say more?!

I don't know why they even send me it anymore, I haven't ordered from them for years

The 5-7 days that they are counting are all 29th February, so they really mean 5-7 leap years.

I have bought things from there many times and have never had a delivery problem and I'm on the isle of wight.

i got it in the post today too and laffed to myself i used them once 3yrs ago NEVER again! took 8weeks of phoning and many threats of legal action suddenly my rugs appeared! their answer machine promises a call back within 24hrs !!! such a joke! never rang me back once. steer well clear!

I bought a rug off of them 3 years ago and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered. They promised me a refund, but like the rug, I'm still waiting for it.
