PN eventing help please

many apologies if this is in the wrong place!

im suposed to be doing a pony club level 4 ode on my boy next month, the xc is 1m and the sj is 1m05

am i right in thinking this is PN level?

could you tell me what to expect on the xc course, striding distances and such like

i am slightly worried because my boy is a 15.1 cob that the distances might be a bit hard

ive never done a ODE before but he sj's at 1m05 and ive taken him round novice level xc once (but i cant rememeber for the life of me what is was like)

that'll be the PN course. broadway was a very nice PN course. it was straight forward, and when there was a question, it was generally quite small. i remember the combinations walked quite long, but rode well. there is a nasty branch on the top of the hill which i was caught out by....twice! there are some XC photos on here...quite a few were caught out there.

no corner in the PN....but that skinny branch which is in the middle of an open field. good luck

~I would have a school xc first. I don't generally worry about striding xc but that's me.
