So WFP is in my section at EW and the horse in my section has won 3 times in a row (Aldon, Moreton and portman) - is he eligible to stay in my section or does he have to go HC?
 
I'm not sure if it goes by ballot date or closing date, but I think if which ever of those it was had passed by the time the horse won at Portman then he's ok. Likewise with horse that have won points that take them out of Movice or Intermediate.
 
Frankly my section is so hot that it does not make much difference anyway - but I was just curious. I guess horse must have a chance to get some more experience under his belt before being forced to move up. I am guessing this is why the changed the rule from 2 - 3 wins.
 
Section D - My section is equally as hot as Pontispool! I know my horse will do a nice test but there is no way on earth he would get 19 like a few of them have done they are in a different league.
 
I'm in section D as well!

My mare will do a nice test as well - hopefully! But not competitive with them I don't think! She's scored 27's at last two events, but nowhere near 19!!!!!!!!
 
We should try face masks - I will try PF and see if the judge gives me extra marks for just thinking I am her. I think my riding would be a BIG giveaway but one can dream!
 
it will be much more effective to bring the judge a birthdat card or a small gift i think you will find, hint hint!!
and as for william it does depend on when he entered but i should think he is pushing his luck here and i will check and mention to the organisers if you like.
 
It depends on when they entered for this class, if he was already entered before he won his 3rd event then the decision should stand.
Im surprised after winning 3 he hasnt moved the horse up a level tbh.

Slightly frustrating as winston has won 2PN and 1OPN now - so thats his 3 wins done and dusted lol

It's based on the ballot date - if they have won 3 prior to the ballot date then they must run HC.
I noticed the same issue with Dan Jocelyn a couple of years ago & informed BE afterwards as he didn't run HC (& was awarded 1st prize) - they took the placing away. Not sure what they did with the prizes as it was at Mattingly and the top prizes (I had a lower placing) were crystal !
 
Just looked at our section at Pontispool and we have Lucy Wiegersma, Jade Lazenby etc, and as its the first time Chocx has done a Pre-Novice we aren't as confident as last time.
Take heart from the fact the pros have off days as well, and that may happen when you have a good one..

im sure new rule is if u win or are 1st -srd in 3 P.N u r out??but can ride HC??im sure 3 wins will defo put them out of this class???ck in rule book!!
