As I am sure you are all bored of hearing, I have been looking for a hairy cob for some time. I was browsing the boards as you do and I saw a show cob that I thought looked nice and it was fairly local to me but it was POA.
Now I know that POA means 'expensive' but I am by no means broke so I thought I'd give them a call... I was told that this just backed 4 year old with HOYS potential was 25K. No rides you understand - just potential. To me, no horse is worth 25K - they could all break their leg in the field tomorrow, and when I said (very politely) that I wasn't prepared to spend that kind of money on a horse I was made to feel like I'd wasted their time (with a less than 5 minutes phone call).
So if they don't want you to call and ask, WHY OH WHY don't they put the price on the site???

Awww sorry to hear about your disappointment!! I don't think you could sell a horse for 25k if it hasn't been ridden!! You will find the right one for you one day, hopefully sooner rather than later xxx
