Pocoyo - on CITV now

i'm not one to normally moan, but i have CITV on during the day for the babies, at the moment there is a programme on called Pocoyo and it has just been on about horses and ponies, and had lots of photos, bits of video etc with hatless riders!!!
why? surely if little ones saw riders with hats on from the start, they would just accept that it is how you ride!

Is pocoyo not a CGI character? Are the showing real pics of people riding without hats?! That's really weird, it's not like it's British culture to not wear a hat

there seems to be a cartoon character who is going on and on about horses but yes - showing real riders on real horses without hats on!!!!
and even more annoying, it went onto some part whereby one character had to be wearing a hat to get a biscuit!!!
