A week ago I got fitted for and bought a Point Two air jacket. The deal is that you get fitted in the shop and pay, then Point Two post it out to you.
Next day received an air jacket through the post. Thought it felt a bit wider than I remember, but the size label confirmed that it was my size. Later that day I notice a small hand-written "W" on one of the two size labels. Thinking it might be a wide fitting I get in touch with Point Two who admit that they've sent out the wrong size. Good job I noticed or else I'd be ridding round wearing incorrectly fitting safety equipment...!
Point Two asked me to send it back to them and for my trouble would send me a spare canister in exchange for the hour of my time it took to repackage the jacket and drive the 8 mile round trip to the Post Office and the £9 it cost me to post it! They told me that they have "stringent rules" on checking orders! Hmmmm.... not convinced!
Two days later I get a new jacket, but no canister...! I email them. Two whole working days later still no reply or canister. I emailed them again, no reply. I have today finally received the canister, but no apology or reply to my two emails!
Point Two clearly haven't got their act together, aren't checking that orders are going out properly and don't seem particularly bothered about it!
