Point2 Air Jacket... Would you....??

Firstly TFC, this is not an advert, but simply a question!

I bought a Point2 jacket in June 2010; I XC schooled in it once in June 2010 - did not fall off - and since then I have lost both horses and my loan horse has to go home as he is not ready to do the work his owner wishes.

So basically I am giving up horses now as sadly I have had enough.

And this is where my dilema is: the Point2 jackets is worth £400+ and I do not need it. It's been used once and not been inflated; so my question is.... Would you buy one off eBay???

I have emailed Point2 twice asking what I can do with it and if I am able to sell it on eBay, but they have not replied I looked and there aren't any on eBay so i just wondered what your opinions would be??

I have a second canister so I suppose anybody who bought it could manually inflate it to see that the jacket is in perfect condition and then put the new canister in.

I just don't know what to do and frankly I don't want £400+ sat in my wardrobe for the rest of my life reminding me of the days I had the lovely horses

I don't see why they wouldn't.

you could send it back to Point 2 to be refolded and serviced and that might put people's mind's at rest?

If I can ever get hold of anyone at Point2 I will ask if that is a possibility!

when i rung they picked up straight away and were very helpful.

I have just spoken to them and they have advised to get it serviced - even though it has only been worn once - and then it would be fine to advertise.
