Pole & Grids

Please can someone give me some plans and measurements for some simple pole and grids?

I'm moving the fields round this weekend and want to start working on training exercises that will help me and ensure we are working with a plan rather than just potting around.

It's time to sort out my lack of jumping skills!

I've put a lot of exercise I've found/developed/been taught on here so I don't forget them - you might find it useful and all can be done with poles in place of jumps.
