Pole sleeves - Any good?

Hi,

Has anyone tried the plastic pole sleeves (as sold by Robinsons)?

They are £3.50 a sleeve and could save hours of pole painting.... but do they last?

If they do why are they only sold by Robinsons - currently out of stock and can't find them anywhere else?

Yup mine have torn scraped and faded in the sun.

ditto goldenstar, ours ended up with a lot of duct tape on! as once they get hole in.. then if its a bit windy they started splitting.

Same as above. They don't last long. Fade quickly. Split or hole if you knock them.
