Pole work

can anyone give me some tips on pole exercises? I want to work on my youngsters trot work - i'd like a more elevated pace?

Have you tried a few poles close together?

Well he's only 5 and i havnt done any pole work with him yet so i havent tried anything! I'm just hoping for some advise on where to start
