Polish warmblood passport- Help!

I have just bought a beautiful Polish warmblood but on looking through his passport I have no idea how to go about changing ownership details as The only address for doing so is in Poland and all details are in Polish, which I can't read! Has anyone got any idea if there is a contact in the uk to send the passport to or can anyone speak Polish?

Scan it to me i work with some polish peeps who will translate it for me, they have helped me before and your might give me some details i dont have and i might get furher with changing mine for my polish warmblood

go on to translation page on the internet your be able to do it on there as i had to when i brought my friesian
