humm...... where are all the parelli/natural horsemanship believers? Either their ticking 'common sense' or not here.
Only worked w/ my own horses, but think I got more clued up on them/demanded better behaviour once I began eventing and got a 'competition' horse rather than a 'fun' pony.
Yup...blondes/skinnies have definitely got the best deal...

Ye JM - but HH might be in bed.....although she does tend to stay up quite late.....but she hasn't posted and she usually does (unless she has posted in another forum - I've been making dinner so no time for any of the other forums right now, LOL!!). Of course that does make 5.....doh! blonde moment!

Not sure.

I have worked with horses in the past, and still freelance teach and train. I do not consider myself a pro as horses are not my main form of income. I consider myself a 'serious amateur'!

I get where you are coming from and I nearly put that as an option - I consider myself the same now, though only a few months ago horses were my main source of income and in many ways, they are still up there with providing a means for me to make money. However, I wanted to simplify things.

It wasnt me Ive only just voted!
My answers were:
Country - GB
own/loan - yes
sex - female
hair - brown (but 'dark blonde' on the colourists official scale dont you know!)
methods - mixture (maybe there should have been a category title ' no bullshit'?)
main discipline - racing
expertise - other (meaning breaking in and sorting out assholes)
worked with horses - yes
10+ years - ticked yes, although I am only 23 I left school at 15, and rarely went there before. Started riding out for my dad before school at 11.
Pro? - ticked yes, although I hate the term professional. There are so many nitwits going under that banner I sometimes feel insulted to be associated with them. Professional means a simple thing, paid to do something, whether that something is any good or not. I laugh when I see the term 'professionally broken/schooled' in adverts. All it means is that they werent good enough to do the job themselves, so paid someone else to do it. It gives no indication of whether the job was done properly or not.
