is anybody allowed to post polls on here?

how do u get them stuck (to stay at the top for a certain time). as i am doing this poll as research for university and it would be very useful for people over a period of set time to have access to the poll

Yes, anyone can post a poll, you can PM The Fat Controller to request it be made a sticky

btw what does 'bump' mean??

She was bumping her thread up to the top of the forum so that people will see it
