polo/lacrosse south wales??

does anyone know if there are any polo/lacrosse/polocrosse groups in south wales. I am 24 so too old for pony club and my pony is 13.hh. He is quick and stops and turns sharpley and is pretty unflappable so would love to have a go at the above!!! I don't know how to get started where/when events are run. I have transport so thats not a problem.
