polo ponies ,,,,, the end of the road

Hi I have just found this forum I am looking into re homing an ex polo pony can anyone tell me best way to go about this I am based in surrey many thanks in advance

Google is your friend. Just contact local clubs and polo yards and ask them what they've got. I don't think there is a designated rescue organization but ia quick search should check. I presume you're familiar with the polo world (hence wanting a pp) so it should be fairly easy to make contacts.

I will say most of the retired ponies I've met have been retired for a good reason though.

A friend if mine at my yard has a retired pp, have to say I no nothing about polo, but have seen my friend pretty much start from scratch with her horse, but she now has a very sweet happy hacker, i am looking for a new project and it seems there are so many pp in need of re homing just thought it was worth looking into
