No but I think Maywood Polo down near Winchester have a polo stallion at stud.

just to say lots of english TBs are bred here, the ones brought over from argentina are argentinian polo ponies! different thing
and also lots are brought over from new zealand and lots of other places, especially as horse traveling is easier now, before most came from argentina but now they come from everywhere!!
and also you are unlikely to find a polo pony stud purely for breedin- lots of clubs have breeding programmes though.

there are few in lincolnshire so here are some very good polo clubs- again dont know if they have a breeding plan but they might!
beaufort, cirencester, longdole, ascot, rutland, chesire, cowdray, hurtwood, inglesham, kirtlington, tidworth... i doubt any of these are near you or have breeding programmes, but its difficult to tell you where to go without knowing why you need a stud... some of these places may or may not have stallions, but usually english TBs are bred out of racers, are raced, not goo enough for racing and then trained for polo, or are trained for polo from the start, so if your looking for breeding, i would also look into racing yards as your more likely to find a stallion there, but lik i said i dont know if you want to breed or want to buy a youngster?!

Chamfron Stud in Scotland have a Criollo polo pony stallion who plays polo (very well I understand) - you could try them....
