Anyone been, anyone going?? Im thinking about it but would like to hear your opinions first?? Do you think I would benifit as Storm had only done a bit of SJ and we havnt been XC schooling yet, is it youngster friendly, shes plenty capable of it but wanted to know if the jumps are inviting??

Thanks S x

Oh glad this post has been started as I was going to start the exact same one.
Pontispool is only about 1.5hours from me and have looked at it for my 5 year old who was broken in last winter and has been bought on slowly, think she would benefit from one to one, but wouldnt want to over face her in a class made for grown up ned's!

thats exactly what I thought, I no it will be good for her but dont want to get put in a group that are clearly more advanced as dont want to freek her out, maybe we should go together as they sound like thay are at the samw level!! ;)

Booked to go last year but horse got injured. Friend goes every year and really rates it. She has done up to intermediate eventing and is generally the most advanced when she goes. says it's a really nice atmosphere for all levels.

Ah that sounds good, im hoping to go at the end of the month as a friend has a spare space, but didnt want to go if I couldnt get full use of what was on offer but hopfully there will be a group to suit us!

Is that October's camp? Would love to go this year, but my mare hasnt started xc yet so think will have to wait till March's when she is a bit more advanced :(!

well its a friend who has mentioned it so not sure if they go up as a private group or not? Ahh dnt say that mine hasnt started either and we have only done a bit of jumping but think it will do her good to do a bit before she has her holidays over xmas and new year! go on go for it!
