Pony Club

You can be a member up to 25 years of age. Much depends upon what your local branch is like and what your daughter wants out of it.

One of the big benefits of Pony Club is that you can usually get very good tuition at very reasonable prices.

Well she could take her PC tests, teams, making new friends, lessons, and talks and demos which are interesting.

But RC is better normally.
 
i love the pony club but at your daughters age, riding club is probably better and more worth the money. surrey has a brilliant selection of RCs though

Having been a member of Pony club from 13 til i was 25 and RC since, I would recommend PC over RC anyday, guess it depends on which PC/RC you have in your area, Why not join both? the joining fees are not too bad and then you can decide which you prefer?
 
Owwww! Owwww!!! I didn't join PC until I was 18! But I still loved it. I guess it depends on how much she's done in the past with regards to xc, stable management, camps etc. Bisley Pony Club is really near you and that's where I am a member~! It is very good I think, I know the people who've been there since they were little are a bit bored by the time they reach 18, but if your daughter's like me and never done it before she'll probably enjoy it. There are some quite advanced groups so she shouldn't feel underpushed, currently they are doing event training at 3'3" and above (with lower levels too!) and there is dressage and showjumping training along with several rallies and competitions throughout the summer plus a camp at tweseldown in august which is always really good.

Personally I think PCdoes more than riding clubs though it depends what she is looking for. pm me if you want anymore info.
 
Pony club will offer you so much more in terms of fun, competition and training also she can take the tests and they can help with jobs in the future.
My children loved it and had a whale of a time xx
 
oh def do pony club! im in it and i love it! best craic ever! we have an annual camp were the riders stay for a week and sum ponies travel. there are 90 girls over 12 staying in a gaint tent and a total of 12 boys! i think our pony club is the biggest in the uk with over 200 members! and i love it! we are taught by proffesional eventers, dressage trainers and even have a fei trainer for showjumping! at camp we have a guest instructor from england, and last year one came from south africa! pony club has soooooo many opurtunities! go on, join!!!!!!!
