Seems odd that people pay for it at health farms when they could just roll in a field ;-)

I just wish I knew who told my boy that mud, and for that matter poo is good for the skin, particularly on the face, and how do they get it between their ears! at the moment his cheeks are stained mud brown, he is grey by the way. A magic brush is very good for removal.

A full mud bath is the only way to go. Great for the skin!
