pony fatness

mine live on fresh air.didn`t do much last week and have put some lbs on.

1st 2 pics are 14.3 lightweight cob,then 13.1 pony,then shetland.and then the daily grazing.they get a token scoop of alfa-a and a carrot or apple.
they are all full of energy.
seems fresh air is full of calories!!!

haha, bless them, maybe they get calories out of whatever gives me hay fever!

My horse has gone from thin to fat in two weeks! muat be in the air!

I'd use happy hoof instead of Alpha a, but our highland's the same! leave him for a day, and he puts on 2 stone!

btw while practicing photographic skills naughty dogsy rolled in something v.nasty foxy smelling.

They all look great, I would also swap the alfa for Hi Fi lite or Happy hoof.

Just an idea, do they really need the alf-a, ours live out 24-7 and dont have any feed apart from the odd carrot or polo, and they seem to survive fine! They are all very podgy and two of ours are in the "weight watchers paddock" practically all the time now it is summer!
