Pony shopping: Help

Friend is looking for a small pony for her 3yr old daughter, would be a companion to her older horse and something to teach the little girl to ride on, she has mastered everything up to trot on her mums strapping 15hh horse but this isn't ideal so now looking for a nice little pony.

Narrowed it down to these two so far and was wondering peoples opinion :

Doesn't look like the second one has ever had tack on so I'd avoid that.

Has the grey one had tack on? It doesnt say or show in the pics

Yes i did notice than on futher inspection carefully worded advert !

Cheryl the mum of the girl sent me that one as a maybe, having read over it i dont think it has ! Mind you it's on dragon driving..
