Do you think i am to tall for this pony ??? i am 6ft and 10st and my pony was 14.2hh when i bought him about 1 yr ago when he was 4 .....i measured him aganist myself today and he came up at about 15.1 hh ...will he grow anymore .....???
any comments would helpas my pony being to small for me i one of my pet fears:D:D

I wouldn't have thought you were 6ft looking at those pictures. You may look a little long in the leg on him in the second picture, but by no means do you look too big as in heavy on him.

PS. I like your boots, are they Ariats? :D
 
Do you mean "too small" as in "I'm so big I'll kill him if I ride him"? Then, no of course not. Or too small, as in I look like a giant. Also no; you look fine together.
 
You don't look bad at all, but I'm just under 6ft and look ridiculous on anything under 15.3 - it has to be a chunky 15.3 to take up my leg! I would have thought I would have needed roller blades on something 15.1 lol

I am tall on her BUT after loosing all my confidence on my 16hh horse, I am having the time of my life on this one and we've done a bit of everything, I even took her hunting!

yeah it because i am riding bare back the other pic i have jumpin lenght stirrups ......yeh they are ariat !!!i love em cant live without them!!!!!
 
Thats not pony squishing!!! Pony squishing is where you have to ride xc length so you can touch the pony with your legs :cool:

I rode an 11.1 this morning :D thats pony squishing...
 
Are you really 6ft?! If so, he's deceptively wide and takes up your leg very well!!

Neither photo give a true impression of how tall you look on him, but you are in no way too heavy and he'll carry you with ease.

How do you FEEL on him? Do you feel too big? I have a 14.3 and an 5'8. Although a cob he's slab sided and doesn't take up with leg particularly well. I FEEL too big on him and an much happier on something bigger, over even just my friends 13.3 highlands! :o

I look like this on my cob and although not too heavy, I do feel like I 'squish' him a bit :o

no i dont feel to big for him .... i had comment that i was ...... i just measured myself i am 5ft9 without my boots on and 5ft11 with ......sorry :Dgot it wroung!!!
