Pony starters/schoolers in Aberdeenshire/inverurie

I am looking for recommendations for someone to come and start my daughters Sec A gelding. I do know there is a specialized place up this way, but we cannot send pony away to be started as he is a companion.
The place where he is at, they are starting their sec a and so we planned to do them together, but to be honest I know I am not knowledgeable enough to do this. As he will also need to be ridden and is only 11.2hh.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
