Pony that doesn't respect fencing ..

She jumped it twice a few days ago, because all the horses where galloping about and she got a bit excited!
And today just charged through it .. what do i do?

Hammer between the ears?

Can you run electric fencing in front of it to a) stop her jumping it or b) stop her charging thorugh it.
Or tie plastic bags along the fence line.

Ohh sorry forgot to mention i havent had the proper fencing done yet, its just electric fencings, 3 live wires

I have the same problem so will be interesting to see what's advised!!

Mine just charges through the electric tape - even with four strips across it - as long as it doesn't get his ears he doesn't care!!!

My Old Mare pony had never been on a field with lecchie fencing before she came to me and kept charging through it. So in the end, I put my hand on the live wire and held onto her lead rope and she got a shock. I have to do that everynow and then when she "forgets". My heart and my arm doesn't feel so good after but it works for her!

I turned mine out wet after a bath....she went to go through it and got a much bigger shock for her troubles!!
